Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to cherish every piece you bring home from DHAGA INDIA. Because our items are genuinely handmade by individual rural artisans, each item has slight organic variations in texture, shade, and dimensions.

1. 7-Day Easy Exchange & Return Window

If your item arrives broken in transit or differs fundamentally from your order, you can request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original artisan packaging.
• For transit damage, please email photos or an unboxing clip to namaste@dhagaindia.com within 48 hours of arrival.

3. Refund Processing

Once our studio inspects the returned piece, refunds are credited back to your original source of payment (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.
