1. Free Pan-India Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping across India on all orders exceeding ₹1199. For orders below ₹1199, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied at checkout to cover regional logistics.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• In-Stock Artifacts: Dispatched from our studio within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Transit Time: Typically 3 to 6 business days across metro cities and 5 to 8 business days for non-metro regions.
• Handcrafted-to-Order Pieces: Please allow up to 7 to 10 days for hand-weaving or kiln firing before dispatch.

3. Zero Plastic Eco-Packaging

In line with our sustainability ethos, 100% of our packaging is biodegradable, compostable, or recyclable. We cushion our goods using shredded unbleached kraft paper, corrugate, and cloth bags.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our courier partner (Delhivery, BlueDart, or India Post Speed Post), you will receive an SMS and email with your AWB tracking link. You can also view live tracking under My Orders.
