1. Handcrafted Nature of Goods

You acknowledge that all items sold on Dhaga India are handmade by rural craftspeople. Because electric machines and industrial molds are not used, minor variations in color tones, dimensions (within +/- 5%), and surface patterns are an intrinsic mark of artisanal authenticity.

2. Intellectual Property

The Dhaga India brand name, tagline “Every Thread Carries the Soul of India,” design layouts, product photographs, and text descriptions are protected intellectual property.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
